It highlights available financial instruments, their strengths and weaknesses, and their suitability for different risk levels. Developed as part of the Pacific Insurance and Climate Adaptation Programme, this overview aims to strengthen the capacity of Pacific Island governments and stakeholders to enhance financial preparedness and resilience to climate change and natural hazards.
