The UNU-EHS / MCII Analytics Team, together with UET Peshawar and GIZ Pakistan, carried out a two-week mission to Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to advance Sectoral Climate Risk Guidelines under the ICG-PAK project. Through participatory workshops, stakeholders validated climate risk assessments, co-developed adaptation goals, and identified priority investments for 2050. Complementary focus group discussions with BISP beneficiaries added crucial insights on gender, vulnerability, and resilience, ensuring that technical results are grounded in community realities.
